Improving soft skills for the 21st century in career counselling

The kick-off meeting of the International Visegrad Fund project in České Budějovice (September 17-19, 2024)
The common project of the Faculty of European Studies and Regional Development and the Faculty of Economics and Management of the SUA in Nitra has started its planned activities at the meeting of the project team at the coordinating university - the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
The meeting was attended by researchers, pedagogical staff as well as local coordinators of all partner universities from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Armenia and Slovakia. The project is aimed at improving soft skills for the 21st century in career counselling and the subsequent transfer of the experience of the V4 countries to the Armenian National Agrarian University. The goal of the project is to create, with the support of a project consortium of universities, soft skills modules for the Career Centre at the Armenian National Agrarian University, to develop a career counselling assessment and to create a monograph on soft skills in career counselling. The project implementation period is July 1, 2024 – December 31, 2025.
The final meeting of the project is planned at the partner university in Budapest (Budapest Business University), in September 2025.
